Has any one had issues with there thermometers come up with error symbols then return to normal. ?
I haven't yet figured out the pattern of it doing so. But I'm guessing it's a loose earth. Join or faulty wire/ sensor. Spent abit of time searching but nothing found obvious yet.

I am presently away from my overseas home in the PI, but when I return my '93 PZJ75 has this same problem and is on my list of things to troubleshoot.
Mine displays double E's and once the vehicle has been running for a while; the display changes to double minus 23s.
Not sure the significance of the minus 23 other than a default number.

Last night I pulled unit apart. It seemed to change from e to normal and high temps as I moved the wires between last plug and circut board. It seemed where the wires were solderd into board may be slightly corroded and not sending correct signal. So maybe they need re done.
But after doing this it seemed to go normal and has been ok so far all day.
So I put it back together and see how it goes. Does it again I'll re solder joints.
I'm no expert in electronics so I could be wrong.
