It is easy
There are 4 bolts 2 of them in the front and 2 in the back.
First carefully remove the plastic covers
You can move the seat forward and back to make it easier to get the bolts out.
There will be some electrical connectors to unhook before you lift the seat out.

Some additional info since I did this today. The four bolts are 14mm and it's easiest to remove them all, then simply tilt the seat back to unhook the electrical connector. The seat easily comes out, maybe 7-10 minutes per side.

Just be careful of the metal feet as the seat is removed from the door opening. It can gouge the door panel if not careful.
