1994 LandCrusher, 26 error code shining it's amber smirk on my dash. TL;DR version- the exhaust flange where the 02 sensors were plugged in was rotted away and full of holes. Once replaced no more CEL.

So check the integrity of your exhaust. Mine was the original still, end to end, with 254K miles on it. So I really wasn't surprised when flanges were rotted and the seam on the muffler wasn't a seam anymore.

Now she just feels better. Worth a new muffler, worth listening to the exhaust guy cuss at it a little bit, worth the time spent at the diner next door for breakfast.

If you're in the philly area you can do much worse than Low Cost Exhaust. $400 later and I didn't have to do any welding or cutting or cursing myself. worth every penny.
