Is toyota using a clear over these new tan colors? I am understanding that older factory land cruiser beiges did not get a clear. I am having a Cruiser painted this color code and I’m wondering if someone would tell me what all the different columns of codes mean. Should it get a clear??

I've been informed by Toyota that all US 2016 and up paints are base/clear now. I was in market to buy super white vehicle and wanted to confirm this was true. Single stage paint sucks!!

I've painted two cruisers with single stage PPG and was very happy with the results. I know a lot of people like the base/clear, but I see too many newer cars on the road with flaky, peely, clear. But then again I live in the hell hole of Kali where the summers are brutal.

I’m sure you can get it mixed in a Single stage or B/C
