I finally decided to look into why only one PIAA driving light would come on, some of the time. Well, the bulb had burned out of the one light. And, I guessed that the relay switch was the reason that the other light only cames on, sometimes, after being turned on for a while.
I assumed that if I wanted genuine PIAA replacement parts, I needed to go to the PIAA website, so that's what I did. They had the relay; however, the lightbulb was currently out of stock. So, on a lark I copied and googled the PIAA part description. The exact bulb popped up on Walmart.com (and Amazon.com too). On an even bigger lark, I copied and googled the relay switch; Walmart.com had it too (through a 3rd party distributor).
The price from Walmart.com was cheaper than the PIAA site, and Amazon.com, and the shipping was included. BAM!
