smog test with high HC (1 Viewer)

Tried 2 times to pass California smog test. First time that this has happened. I have change the oil, used the "guaranteed to pass additive, smog test with hot catalytic converter. Adjusted the carb. Anything else I am missing or need to check?. Next step is to keep adjusting carb until it passes? thank you for any advice

Retard your timing, change your air filter, change plugs, increase your idle, make sure to perform the lean drop on the carb for the test only, then turn it out to make it less lean after you pass. Sometimes you just have to replace the cat. When was it replaced last? Test all your smog components to ensure they are working properly

and make sure the charcoal canister is operative.

Do you have the graphs showing where there peaks occur?
