Anyone running the Smittybilt A.W.S. Aluminum Winch Shackle ???

Looks to be more than 1/2 the price of a factor 55 prolink with the same specifications. Do you think it's half the quality

This is an area of work where you've got to trust your equipment, and often you won't get any warning of immediate failure. Try to keep the odds in your favor as much as possible.

I would give it a try. I have always felt like the ends are overpriced. Lot of times its scale. When you can order 10,000 at a time you'll get a price break.
