Damn that looks nice! They definitely have some nice interiors on the builds that they are doing. The interesting part on the 80 series box builds sounds like it doesn't add much weight. They even offer the rear sleep box in a carbon fiber honeycomb.

Correct little to no weight with the conversion

May I drop in my critics ?
The latest interior set up looks ok , but .....
It seams to me that all panels are made in wood .
Pls confirm .
Bescause I have built and lifted an interior set up made in 20 mm wood panels , I know what that means .
That thing alone must weight at least 200/250 kg , 400-500 lb.
That is far too much , or DEAD weight .
I like much more the previous one , if it is lighter !
The only down side of metal panels is condensation in cold weather .
But there is a way around it .

Sorry I misunderstood your post my I thoughts you were looking for layouts. Yes the interior is wood unless things have changed all have been in the past. I will check for you on the 200 and see if that has changed. The panels are thin and you can see in the picture below you weight concerns has been addressed with large holes and lined draws. This is far from Maltec first rodeo and there builds are used all over the world. Many of the materials they use are not available in the US.

sorry , my concerns are growing even more ....:(
if you travel in a dusty area , those holes will let through all inside the drawers .
and when the fine desert dust is in ...it will take ages to get it out .
plus all the equipment inside , clothing , cameras , food , camping stuff will result dusty ...
heavy and NOT protective against dust .
Very bad idea ......

In USA , you have all materials you may desire .
I would say that you might have even more choice then in Europe .
The big difference is the mind approach .
I think I mentioned it in another post .
But this is only my opinion .

^^^Open the side door or window? :)

How do you get to the fridge without climbing all the way inside?

And my first thought was "wow, nice thing about these pop-tops, you can get to the cooler from inside and the door, compared to rtt and the cooler sliding under a cabinet.

The complete interiors are nice, but I spend 90% of my time outside the truck near the tailgate. I need to be able to access everything easily from outside the truck.

I agree with being outside but there are fixes available for window access.

This low cost roof top set up (pictured in San Felipe) has made it from Nova Scotia across the US to where I last saw them at in Bay Of LA Baja Mexico on the way to Cabo. I liked the aerodynamic roof design.

The only complain was lack of ventilation.
