They (LabRak) owe us over $3300 now for 6 months. No product. No updates. Nothing. They have also kept money from a few other folks for months and have not given them anything as well. They have deleted all of the customers comments and now shut down their IG page. We will never recommend them. This is not the only time this has happened. We are taking them to court. He wanted this and asked for it. We are very forgiving but he does not give a sh-t!

Do Not Use Them!

There are also tons of threads where this is happening to a lot of folks.

Thanks for the heads up. That's a shame they catered to the 100 for very specific items, maybe someone else will come along and create those things. Good luck on getting them to do the right thing, hopefully they do.

LabRak seems to have a couple of interesting items for the 100 series, but I was under the impression that this was same guy that runs/ran "MetricTLC". After seeing the issues that others have had with this guy/group, I've been very hesitant in placing an order with them.


Has anyone heard from Shane at Metric TLC.

Did you end up finding a solution for creating a flat platform? I can't find any other vendor that make something similar to the one offered by Labrak.

FWIW I took the chance and ordered one of their rear CB antenna mounts. I got an email the next day that it had shipped and I received the mount 3 days later.

I took the same chance last November when they were running the Black Friday sale, and received an antenna mount the next week. Someone is running their orders, at least for small items in stock.

Anyone know how to reach Shane Walters (the owner)? Unfortunately, despite all we have done for him over the years...and a long friendship, looks like he has disappeared with a pile of my money...
