Help...trying to change side mirror glass (1 Viewer)

Randomly, my passenger side mirror got hit by a rock or something and I had to replace it. I went to FleeBay and bought the replacement glass/mirror.

Well, I followed the directions with the putty knife and I noticed that the broken pieces of mirror are attached to what seems like a piece of plastic that has the heating elements in it.

How do I replace just the glass? I have the replacement glass, it is a perfect fit. I live in TX so I don't really even use the mirror heating/defrost.

Help!
