Installed this headlight harness today & im getting almost no power on one side. Any ideas? Passenger side is not as bright as it looks in this pic?

I installed the harness last year. You feed 12vdc from battery to the relays. The connector at the sealed beam comes off sealed beam and plugs into harness. Then harness plug connects to sealed beam. On mine the black wire had to go to a good ground. Each side has a ground wire. Make sure you have a good ground. Touch your ground wire you have screwed to what you think is ground meter lead and touch other lead to known good ground. Have continuity?

You should test your 12v at the sealed beam. Meter ground lead at battery negative. Then verify 12v at sealed beam. Switch on of course. If you have 12v for both high and low at sealed beam terminals using battery ground for test then it must be ground issue.

Since the relays in the aftermarket harness draw very little wattage if the light comes come doubt the problem in the factory wiring wiring. Easy way to check this is plug a seal beam into the old harness. If the light comes on it certainly should operate the relay in the new harness.
