I have a 1987 Toyota pickup, it's an Xtra cab on a standard cab frame. Well built and mechanically very sound. I went through this rig 2000 miles ago and repaired or replaced a bunch of items. Previous owner had it on its lid.
87 Toyota pickup Xtra cab on stand cab frame. 36x13.5x15 Iroks (3) at 50% (1) at 40%. 22re rebuild about 20,000 miles ago. Header and 40 series Flowmaster. New plugs, wires, cap, rotor O2 sensor, fuel filter, oil and oil filter, and battery 2000 mi ago.
1985 SFA 5.29 gears with aftermarket Barifields and chrome moly shafts. New FJ80 tie rod ends, Spartan locker new spring and frame bushings. Trussed and gussited housing.
5 speed tranny, dual 2.28 transfer cases, rear case has twin stick.
Bobbed bed, lined with tool box. Rear has 5.29 gears and a spool locker, 63" Chevy springs, new break shoes, break cylinders, seals and bearings 1000 mi ago. Rear has shock hoop and relocated shocks.
Welded on rock sliders, plate front bumper with 12,000 lb winch, rear tube bumper. Bucket seats, don't know what they are from. New windshield but needs to be resealed. Comes with tube doors also
This is a great running truck, I just took it on a 500mi trip and it ran perfectly. It is built right and performs very well offroad.
I am looking to sell or trade for more of a daily driver. I would prefer a mildly built Tacoma or FZJ80, looking for a reliable truck, not a project.
