Reply spinner shows continuously and appear not to go through but actually do (2 Viewers)

@woody On mobile(iPhone) and my laptop(MBP) today, replies to PMs and threads keep spinning and do not post, or appear not to. A F5/refresh and it shows they actually did post. Have you seen this today or heard any others report this?

I've noticed lots of delay in posting a reply. Sometimes have to hit the Post Reply button more than once.
