Not mine, no affil, just saw on the internet and thought it may help someone if it is indeed a 25 axle. 5.29's sounds like a four speed single speed transfer?

Seeing the backing plates and brakes would help. The 25s only have one wheel cylinder.The housing for the diff is very long on a 25 compared to the 40. First gear in a 25 is 5.40:1 and diffs were 4.11:1.
