As others have mentioned, since this is a very new recall it might be a good idea to check your VIN again in a couple of weeks. As noted on the VIN lookup site:

My '10 was not included in the recall but it says that the recall info was last updated 9/15 so I will be checking back.

Ya, when viewed in terms of 21 potential lawsuits...it's a big deal for Toyota.
