I bought it from the second owner in the summer of 2015 with 250k miles.
Came with matching cap and ladder rack.

This will serve as a before pic.
Minus the cap:

Had LEDs on my ladder rack, but they shook too much. So I removed them and shortened the rack when I installed the A-pillar lights.
The winch is a Warn 9.5cti receiver mount. Front receiver mount is a Warn. Install was easy and I ended up not needing to cut the bumper.
Tires in the picture are 285/75/16 I had on for a while.

Installed A-pillar lights using modified clamp on hood antenna mounts.
Switch bank located where the ashtray was.
I'll get better pictures of the mounts if anyone wants.

Custom made fire extinguisher mount under the front seat.
Basically copied ones I've seen for Landcruisers.

Wanted a way to store tools and gear on the back of the the extra-cab. After browsing the forums, I came up with an idea for a 3/4" ply wood panel covered in carpet, that I could mount tools and pouches to via Quickfist clamps and MOLLE straps.
Pulled the rear seats, but kept the seatbelts.

Made a sleeping platform that comes off with the cap. Much nicer than sleeping on the cold steel of the bed.
Also made a shovel mount for the cap.

Misc little things I've done in the last week or so.

Removed the swaybar.
Made gravel and dirt roads smoother, and trails much nicer.
Not that much different on the road, dips a little more, but it still pushes or slides before I feel like its tipping.

Hung my leftover LEDs that were on my ladder rack on the sides facing back.

Also moved my rear diff breather up under the bed sides. Not really where I wanted it, but it's well protected and will do for now.

Up state NY.

Truck came from California, I think it was in NY less than a year before I purchased it.
Frame is starting to rust in the rear. Dealing with that is on the shortlist.
Going to pull the bed and paint and rustproof the frame.

Giving the my new bumper a custom paint job before install.

Made a aluminum plate to cover the gap where the winch belongs till I get one.

Added foglights before I go to Vermont for a few days.

Any know of a good source of paper maps that show VT class 4 roads?

Anyone know if you can fit a 235/85R16 in the stock spare location?
Do brackets need to be moved?

I'd like to have a full size spare with me for my trip, just need to figure where to put it.

Installed my new bumper today!

The gray paint came out lighter than I was expecting.

Putting this here so I can find it.
Transmission is a R150F.

Will a R151F fit? I would like a lower first gear.
