Ive searched, found, and read everything I can get my hands on about de smogging but there is one thing I'm not exactly clear on...

Question is about the three plugs on the driver fender that are vacuum fed. Correct me if I'm wrong but the one closest to the firewall goes to the fuel pressure regulator? If that's true, should I be leaving that one plugged up or do I ditch all 3 and seal them up?

I know you guys get tired of de smog posts but try to take it easy on me, I'm new.

THANKS

Correct.

Up for debate. I removed mine and have no issues. Some say that the engine may have trouble starting, particularly in hot weather or a restart while hot.

That VSV is only used to increase fuel pressure, and only during cranking and for a short period while the engine is first started.

Note that you should always have a vacuum reference to the FPR.
