I just finished rebuilding the steering knuckles on my 1998 FJ62. After getting everything put back together the manual locking hubs are stuck on both sides. Can anyone give me some advice on what might be causing this?
 
The spring below the hub control cover is not installed correctly. Find the post on this forum that explains correct assembly. Don't over tighten the hub control cover bolts. They are super low torque and snap easily.
