Adding here as well as to my build thread. Dobinsons shocks thanks to @David Otero

Made bumpstops, reinforced the wings on my 4X4Labs rear bumper, finished up fender trimming (minimal as possible) to fit the new 37" Trxus. I filled all gaps created by fender trimming with 3M seam sealer called Fast N Firm. I also installed the VC120 vapor canister (PITA).

Great, great, day.

Picked up my bumper from Trail Tailor, aka @reevesci and I couldn't be more STOKED. Round trip from FoCo to Green River, 6am departure back at home at 4pm. Not too shabby.

I looked at all of the available rear bumpers out there and only Trail Tailor agreed (without hesitation mind you) to tweak the bumper to hold an extra storage box.

So Aluminess box was ordered and drop shipped to TT (don't ask me about my experience with Aluminess.... just note that they will not be getting any more $$ from me)

This is the final product, obviously powder coating to come next. Dual-swing out, spare, high-lift mount, box platform that can also double as a rear winch mount if needed, (and also apparently little dude's new favorite seat) Note that box location is approx as I won't bolt it down until after power coating is finished.

If anyone is debating on who to get a bumper from I highly recommend Trail Tailor. J- is easy to work with, great prices, he's a Cruiser guy, and all-around great guy. (his 60, 80, 100, and FJ Cruiser all grace his driveway) Do yourself a favor and give TT a look for anything you need custom, bumpers, sliders, suspension, etc. If he doesn't have it I'm sure he can BUILD IT.

I'm getting my ass handed to me trying to find the source of the leak that is filling up the rear inner wings. So far I sealed the window runners ( the metal strip thing below the rear windows), the little red lights on the side of the rear fender, all the screws that hold on the wheel arches. I have poured gallons of water over the rear are and cannot find where water is getting in.
I wanted to rule out the rear sunroof drains but can only find the passenger side one. Anyone know where the drivers side rear drain runs to?

Both run to roughly the same spot on each side. There should be a grommet and ~3/4" hose pushed through behind each wheel well near where the rear floor harness goes across.

Double check the hatch glass gasket. Mine has leaked on both of my rigs and the water ends up in the rear quarter IIRC.

Thanks @bloc if both drain hoses follow a more.or less symmetrical path then the drivers side one is missing. There is nothing in the drivers side read quarter. I will.do more investigation today.

I second this. My sliders and rack are spot on. He built my rack exactly how I envisioned it. I wish I had the funds laying around to pick up his last 80 Series rear bumper. They are a work of art and incredibly strong.

And Jason is an all around good dude. I've purchased my vinyl flooring and Tough Dog suspension from him. Can't recommend him enough.

Got her a little muddy getting back to one of our fishing holes. It is normally accessible (and usually packed) via normal 4wd vehicles. Today there was nobody there. Could've been the rain we've had all week that made the path muddy and treacherous. Suckers!
