just curious about the ballpark on what a complete clutch job would cost.

Anyone have ideas?

Thanks

Using OEM/Aisin clutch disk, pressure plate, throwout bearing, and pilot bearing.....parts cost is around $250-350 depending on parts source...not including flywheel (normally just needs resurfaced and stepped). If you have a shop do it, the transmission has to be pulled so labor will be some $$.

AISIN CKT032 Complete Clutch Kit from RockAuto--- 144.79

Ballpark labor is 500-1200.00 pending shop rate and if they go off a standard shop scale rate per job detail or experienced actual replacement time from smaller shops. My guy at Toyota did mine for 600.00 and I supplied the above clutch kit, a resurfaced flywheel and the oil pan gasket and RMS since it was opened up.

Buy the Aisin kit above, get a Habor Freight transmission jack, blind bearing puller and do it yourself...if you have the time and room. That is what I did.

As stated above, might want to change the oil pan gasket. Definitely replace the rear main seal (RMS) and get flywheel resurfaced.

As stated above, price to have a shop do it would be $700 to $1200.
