headlight confusion? (1 Viewer)

I have a 99 TLC and the headlights work, low and high...the turn signals work...what are the bulbs between the headlight and turn signals called? Daylight running lights? Mine are both out...thinking its a fuse but can't find any that control them thus far...

Any guidance? For all I know, they have been out for a while....thanks

Those are just extra running lights. They're cheap so just replace them first before doing anything else.
