Club Office Nominations and Vote (1 Viewer)

We were supposed to make nominations in January, and vote in February, but we didn't.

So we made nominations at the February meeting (February 21st) and will keep nominations open until Friday, March 10th.

Members in-good-standing may make nominations in this thread until midnight, Friday, March 10th.
After that date, the office and nominees will be summarized in preparation for a vote.

Voting may be done in-person at the March meeting (March 21st, 7pm at LHM Toyota, on motor mile, or via email, NOT LATER THAN Sunday, March 19th. Details and instructions to follow.

Voting: Two methods
In accordance with the Club Bylaws, Article III (Membership), Section 1 (Voting Member)
and Article V (Voting), Section 2

(a) vote in person at the March meeting (Tuesday, March 21st, 7pm, at LHM on Motor Mile)
(b) vote via email NOT LATER THAN SUNDAY, MARCH 19th
(i) send your 'ballot' (plain text email) to colandcruisers@gmail.com
(ii) include one name for each office: president, vice president, treasurer, secretary
(iii) put your name and IHMUD user-name at bottom of ballot
