Took my trailer in yesterday to a local shop and found this on display... Used to be an 81 based on painted over frame stamp...

It is odd that wherever that is going to run , the cage would pass track inspection. There are at least a dozen points that would fail requirements for a 10 sec and under cage. I'm assuming it's that fast given the parachute unles like @Bear said, it just there for falling off a cliff.
For a hot rod the craftmanship is pretty.
 
My guess is rig has the wiper motor and arms/blades intact so it can run the 1/4 mile on rainy days??
