Hi friends , Always reading yours post now i need your help :

I saw some water near the thermostat housing and i discoverd that the by pass hose is leaking ...

so i try to remove the hose and i cannot do it.... it is very hard , no space to do some lever

my question is : I heve to remove the thermostat housing in order to change the by pass hose ?

see the photo

I thought : i can cut this hose in half and simply remove the two half but then goes on the new hose ?

hi gerg, thanks for the reply, so i have to take off the housing ..... I'll do....

thanks bye bye

Getting the replacement hose nice and hot before installing it also helps get it into place.. into boiling water is a good way to do that.

hi , to remove it I'll try to heat up the hose and the same to reinstall , good idea! I don't know why i didn't think it

thanks

Dont be afraid to just cut the old hose out..
