The Flying Pig

Alright guys, I found us a new "restaurant" to visit after a URE run. It's located in Ashboro and it's called "The Flying Pig". Grand openeing was on June 25th and they will have beverages (beer, liquor, and wine) and various food items as well. They also have the wicked cool t-shirt with a flying pig logo ($16 I think but I am working on a group rate). I could not think of a more fitting place to have dinner after a Pig run or even just a day of wheeling at URE.

Hours:
Thursday opening at 5:00 pm,
Friday opening at 5:00 pm,
Saturday we will be open for lunch at 12:00,
Sunday also at 12:00 for lunch.

Once the place takes off I would expect expanded hours.

There is also a place called The Ford Place in Monroe that is supposed to have a chef from Southern Pines.

Maybe we can stop by the Pig on the way back from working at URE tomorrow...
