There is a Wide runner intake that has issues fitting larger diameter header pipes. I have a 68 F and it runs the wide runners. I will have to shave (dremmel) the intake chambers to fit. There are threads on this here in IH8...

exactly why i suggested making a slip fitting parallel to and past the muffler that allows any end user to add the final "oem" side exit location piece (and even rotate and trim it a bit if needed, or re-route as needed for a modded setup.
