Early on this year, i retrofitted a full a/c system from a 1991 import HDJ80 to a UK spec 1994 HDJ80. I found the whole wiring loom complete, and the retrofit wasnt particularly hard to do, as i had the dash out anyway to replace a leaking heater core.
Unfortunately, i pulled the system from a...
Bit of a bump on this thread, mine is /was attached, but ive replaced my heater core with aftermarket, and this thermistor is now separated from the heater core by some foam
Does it have any effect on the A/C
(theats really two questions)

So lets see what you come up with physically. I like your 3D design though!:popcorn::poof::poof::popcorn:
The rear seats on my JDM 1991 fold forward exactly like that, as do the UK spec 80 series. I'm not sure about others.
I took mine out (for tax reasons, try 300 pound road tax per year instead of 1400 pounds with 4 seats; bit like why you didn't change the colour, crazy rules the world over I...
A suggestion.
Can of oil open on floor beside workbench, and a man drilling (whatever?) beside can.
Some bits fall into the oil and thus get poured into the diff by accident.
Something that size would settle to the bottom very quickly and not move again.
Just an idea, seeing as we are pretty...
