yep spark is good. I have to let it sit about 30 seconds and then it fire right up. runs about a minute and dies. could an ignition coil get hot and stop throwing a spark?

New fuel filter. Yes there is fuel. I had it running fine and then for some reason this thing started happening.

The ol' FJ60 is dying at deceleration. I don't have power to the little solenoid that controls this. Any ideas? Where does the power come from. There is a little solenoid that is attached to the washer fluid tank that controls this part. :bang:

carb trouble I really need a diagram of the carb on my 84 FJ60. I am pretty sure the float valve is stuck. I am just worried about all the vacume hoses, Holy Crap there are about 20. Anyway any help would be great. Hopefully this would fall into the 1 day project.

I have a 1985 FJ60. It has a Mallory ignition and ran really well over the winter. Then it started dying if the choke was all the way off at lights. Then the carb started running more and more heavy with fuel. Now it won't start. HELP?!?!?!:mad::crybaby: I have changed the plugs, set timing...
