I was planning on attending regardless however meeting up and caravanning would be awesome. I also have a neighbor with a fairly built LX that might want to join.
My advice for a practical daily driver would be to replace or repair factory. Or if you like steel go with a bumper only (no swings). Having to regularly unlatch and latch for groceries and other daily life things can get a little old.

I would definitely go for the Cruiser with these two options. The tougher choice for me would be between a Land Cruiser and a Tundra. Tacoma's just seem like a teenager vehicle to me. I feel like I'm too old for a Tacoma, at 36..

Yeah, there are some cool areas over in that area of the Cascades, for sure. The tires for my new SCS wheels are BFG K02 in the standard 285/75/16 size.
