a bit late but you got it. you only need to trigger the magnetic clutch to make the system work. just make sure you have a pressure switch in your lines, normally by your drier bottle. you can have that in line with your on/off switch and...
just talked to @kc_chevota and he said that the 2 other wires to the compressor are not needed. Evidently the compressor has a second pressure switch in it that are not needed.
Today we mocked up the radiator , the fan and the a/c condenser into the truck. Everything fits. There is exactly 1" of clearance between the crank pullie and the back of my elecyric fan.
This jappened when i put the fan dead in the center of the...
Ok guys, i'm back. We resumed work on this thing and i'm happy about that. While i was away, we lost one of our guys to a heart attack. The guy was 30 years old. That made us all pretty sad and we lost quite a bit of concentration .... this guy...
I think my bigest accomplishment on my 40 is getting to where it is now. I have only had it since November of last year and its come along way. lots of hard work for sure. Another cool accomplishment was using it as our wedding vehicle. I think...
I think the only thing I really accomplished was pinning down a design for a mounting speakers in the back.

Biggest accomplishment, wheeling the snot out of it one weekend.
Drove it 3+ hours there, wheeled it all the next day, then drove it 3+ hours home.
Everything else was normal everyday stuff.
Guilty too. I find in particular lying under the rig staring at the underside for 20 min really gets to me think about my life choices... then usually after questioning all of them I figure out the plan and get on with it. The doing isn't the big...
Cleaned and painted seat frames and brackets put on my Cruiser Corps seat covers but before I finished it all up I brushed my Buddy Thunder put some of his fur in a vacuum bag zip tied it into the passenger side back rest so we can go for rides...
Thanks. I find it so interesting that they left that cowl vent opening without a working vent in the later years. I hope this idea works out how I'm envisioning it will.
Thank you sir. I didn't consider that, but its a great idea. I did...
Back to finishing the interior out. Needed a new center console that made the most of the space without intruding in on the space.
This is what I came up with.
And here it is in the cab.
