I have a 1991 FJ80 and I want to replace the oil pan gasket. I picked one up from Toyota and I heard that there are instructions on here on how to do it. My truck has a 2 inch lift. I can't find any threads, but I am not the best at using search features. Any help is greatly appreciated. TIA

@jonheld sorry about that. I thought I did. Basically, my rear wiper works intermitently and the mechanic diagnosed the faulty relay. My post was asking if anyone has had to replace the relay with something less expensive than the OEM. Thank you!

I purchased this 1991 with 95K miles from a local seller. He had done an EGR delete and raptor lined it. I didn't like the color so I figured I may as well do a few upgrades along the way. $8K later and I have a new trucks that gets tons of compliments.

@Seth S I guess there is a write up on what to do with all the vacuum lines once the desmogging is done. I don't want to go back to stock. I want to leave it desmogged but I want to make sure that the lines are routed properly for better performance.

I have an 85 that has been desmogged and it has headers. It has OEM carb. I am looking for a PDF that was posted here to show the correct routing of the vaccum lines. I am planning to have the carb rebuilt. Runs strong once it warms up, but a bit cold blooded at first.

@OSS that is what I am afraid of. I think someone may have put a different tank in the truck. The pic you attached is the set up I am familiar with from my other 2 FJ60s. Thank you for your input :)

@OSS I am not sure that will fit. It looks just like the aftermarket one that I got for $52. Can you tell if the pic I attached of mine looks like a stock set up?

I have an 85 FJ60. Fuel gauge wasn't working. Gauge was tested and it is fine. Decided to replace sending unit. I ordered one aftermarket and what I got is not even close to what I have and what I have is different than my previous 2 FJ60s. Has anyone seen this set up before? I have not seen it...

Yes, stock tank and it was connected before they took it apart. They are saying there are 3 wires going in but a place for only 2 wires. So I am not sure what they are talking about. Hence the request for the diagram :)

My shop removed the fuel tank to get it cleaned and now they can't figure out how the wires go for the fuel sending unit. I thought I had a wiring diagram but I can't seem to find it. If anyone has that wiring diagram or can tell me where to find one, I would greatly appreciate it.
