will a toyota 3f engine bolt it to the place of a toyota 2f? i was thinking of doing this switch so i could get the stock efi. what do ya'll think about it?
ok, so now i guess i gotta do a rebuild. what do it do, high porformance 2f, or regular 2f? it's a while i was down there type thing. a v-8 is not an option b/c i want to keep it mostly origanal
the engine is locked down on my cruiser. was run with no oil. (long story) what do i do to assess the problems? i was thinking i could take the oil pan off and check for the main barrings to see if i spun one. but what else could it be? and if it is spun anything else i need to do when i replace...
can anyone give me a list on what "should" be needed to do a SOA on a 71 fj40?

1)u-bolts
2)drop pitman arm
3)longer rear driveshaft
do i need longer front driveshaft? do i need new spring pirches? anything else i'll need thanks for all of your help and quick responces.
i got all of the suspinsion parts off and everything on but the shackles i wasw hoping what a "snug" torque is. a freind bent a shackle by torquing the bolt too much and too lose scares me from falling out or wobbling. thanks for all the help.
