I see what your saying but when the butterfly is in the horizontal position, its profile is only 3mm. Compared to the EGT valve of the heater plate, the restriction caused by the butterfly is almost non existent.

I do have some dyno figures pre adapter change but I'm currently upgrading the turbo, intercooler, airbox, snorkel and injectors as well. So its a bit hard to do a pre and post comparison of before and after the adapter change. I did put the crossflow pipe with the new adapters and OEM heater...

Yeah, I see so many people selling the +30 injectors but no one says where they get them from and where the rebuild parts come from and lets face it, they want an arm, leg and a sex organ for a set........

Are these all the same? What determines a better after market modified injector?

The exhaust manifold on the 1HD-FTE is actually a two piece item. Sealing the two are a mixture of clips, o rings and a collar. Are these serviceable items? If you remove the manifold for whatever reason, should these parts be replaced?
