I'm due to replace my FL door check - tired of the "clank" sound when opening the door.
I've done this before on other cars and these were usually around $15. Anyone know of a better deal than $122? That's the lowest I've found and wasn't expecting that price. Is this still covid-inflation...
Can't live without - always in my rig:
Ozark Trail - shovel and toilet. Nothing worse than driving a trail and not being prepared when the time comes - period.
Hammock, tree slings, tarp, inflatable/insulated sleeping pad - my "go to" sleeping arrangement, just need to remember to bring my...
I've only seen that style bull bar for the Australian market. You can try contacting ARB to see verify compatibility with the US 120 and if they'd ship here if you really wanted that style.
Nicely done - I tried the same thing (same kit) a couple of years ago. I made such a mess of it that I wound up buying replacement speakers...it was a disaster! :)
Figured I'd check here first - I'd like a sliding RV gate for our side yard. If anyone here is experienced and wants some work, I'd rather give this a go than just head direct to one of the larger gate/iron door manufacturers in town. Please PM me if interested or respond here with referrals...
My $.02 (no affiliation, just a happy customer) - go with Perry Parts for replacement bump stops.
From memory, I went with the same rotors above - also working out just fine.
Cheers!
Good "thread bump" and I'll also provide some more feedback despite my earlier mention of being a "no news is good news" guy.....these progressive stops are now something I don't even notice meaning they're doing exactly what they should without drawing any attention to themselves which makes me...
Same Badlands winch as these guys. I also mounted my control box in the same spot as in post #3 above. Slightly different mounting solution but basically the same end result.
I've had it installed for ~3.5 years - zero issues.
While drawers can certainly be cleaner and more tidy, I didn't like the lost storage volume that comes with it (not to mention expense) - my $.02.
I went with this solution and couldn't be happier. I still keep everything organized under that platform (recovery, camping, cooking, others) and...
I'll be your GX 470 guinea pig. My current LED setup is underwhelming to say the least. I'd also be in for purchasing reverse lights, brake lights and external marker lights (all around) if need be.
Warm White preferred....
Cheers!
