    Tojo 4wd Centre

They can be pretty slow to deliver at times. Not quite sure how the business operates. They do have mostly genuine parts and are way cheaper than Toyota. I only purchase parts through them if I don't need them in a hurry. Another online PartSouq Off shore company but ship pretty quickly.

What is the difference between a 75 and 80 series steering box?

I have an 80 series one and it look like it will fit on my 75 can I use it? The bolt holes appear to be the same.

    Fuel tank change over valves.

I could hear it changing but it must have been only half opening. It was drawing fuel from both tanks. Replaced it and it is fine now.

Has anyone got GVM upgrade on a HZJ75 series here in Australia.

Yes mate. The engineer approval cost me about $350. He assessed it, fitted the mod plate and provided the documentation which I then had to take to transport. I had already done all the suspension upgrad, 2“lift, brake lines, load proportioning valve modification. can’t remember his name of the...

HZJ75 front left wheel bearing working loose?

The 48ft/Lbs is about 68Nm.Yes preload the bearing to spec and then back it off. Haven’t seen the 20ft/Lbs before but that is about it. We would always preload and give the wheel a good spin. Then back it off to just tighter than had tight which would be around the 20 mark. my book says 59Nm...
