Hey, good evening! I’m wondering if you know if the gasket you show 90080-43026 is the gasket that is used between the y-pipe and the manifold? Also. I’m guessing it is the same gasket between the y-pipe and the 2nd converter? Thank you in advance!

Hey, did you end up tackling the job? I’m thinking I’m there now to. I was thinking my issue was poor connection at the battery, because one of the terminals was lose. Got that squared away and still doing it😟.
For everyone else, how much harder than a power steering pump? I just replaced...
Thank you!! Please forgive my ignorance, but I gather I should be able to look at the clutch and tell if it is engaged by its position. I gather that it is since the AC was on when it stopped working.
First, a Happy Thanksgiving to all. I give thanks to all who contribute on this site. I’m not a mechanic by even the loosest of definitions, but I’m crazy enough to try! Thanks to posts here I recently changed my power steering pump and shocks all the way around. I thought I was done for a...
Good evening and thanks for taking the time to share your experience/expertise. I know I appreciate it! I watched another video of this same repair and the guy had to hammer the gear back into place. He used a large deep-well socket. You made no mention of hammering the gear back onto the...
Hey, I finally got that high pressure hose bracket out! Also, I found it easier to remove both the top and bottom nuts on the pump from below. The oil filter I have on now is huge and it was in the way. I had to buy a set of crow foot flare wrenches and I’m waiting on those to be delivered...
Hey guys, I really, really appreciate both of you taking time to respond to my post this morning. Pawnthatdude I stumbled onto your video via YouTube! I had 3 questions for you. In the video, the first bolt that you take off from under the truck (not counting the skid plate bolts 😉) is...
Hi Mason - Twice now I've read this - " I took the banjo bolt off, but the high pressure port also broke loose first." Is this something that can be avoided? Is it a problem if this happens as you describe it? Do you suppose this is what led to your leak?
Thank you.
