If its just T-bars you are looking to replace, you might look at stock lc bars. Im not sure what type of result you will end up with, just putting ome bars in there without the rest of the ome suspension.
I think 3" is considered pretty substantial for a 100. Like the poster above me said, slee is a great place to start. More than likely you are going to want to scrap the AHC if you want to obtain 3".
Your starter contacts are likely going out. It will let you know for a little while before you are hosed.

Yes, in fact one can! I did this very thing about a month ago. Rebuilt the MC with the $50 kit you can buy from Toyota and replaced the pump and accumulator with new oem parts. Cost was around $1200 for the motor I believe.
