Mobil 1 makes 20-50W " motorcycle" oil. I think it's rated for CF, SG,SH,SJ

It looks like A/C thermostat control switch. Why it's on the starter is anybody's guess.

^^X2 You probably need to use extensions on the lift arms to get the truck high enough to walk under. Lift heights are based on the arms. Any distance prior to the arms contacting the frame is a loss in total vehicle lift. SimS

The Brass Monkey website shows a power supply that puts out 6 amps at 14.5 volts. So I would guess something like 7-8amps at 12 volts SimS

The A/C lines pass through an opening in the core support. It's unlikely unless you can perform major surgery on the opening to allow the lines pass out the bottom of the support. SimS
