Now that this has been out for a short while, is there any real world feedback? How are they holding up? Also, any talk about change in t-case noise level? Any gear whine?

Since the front plate has no tags in California and its been on the truck since 2007, I'm not too worried about it. I did once find the plate cocked eyed due to a parking impact but Im sure the other guy faired much worse.

Like others have said, if your running a fairlead, use mag light clips. Bolt them to your front plate then simply snap them on.
I use this on my LX and it survives quite well in the jungles of San Francisco (but remove before entering real jungles).
I saw you guys drive by but wasn't able to get your attention. Glad to hear you guys had fun. We ended up playing around in the jungle for a while where one of our guys broke a hub. Good day all in all.
