Finished the second gable end last weekend, and working this weekend on the front, I will get done today, then I only need gutters and I'm ready for winter.... where I can do the inside which should be more fun.

Yes, but undecided what to do with it, either a small apartment for the kids when they are in college, or a man cave, or whatever. Just trying not to turn it into a storage area, i need less clutter, not more :) It added only 3000$ in extra cost, the logic was that it will never be that cheap...

A lift is not really decided, the high is around 11.5ft, there are a few options for that height. The problem is that the garage is pretty small, and a lift takes quite a bit of room and flexibility

Trusses finally got delivered, trying to line up the crew to put them up, finally some more progress I also got some cruiser parts delivered, so i really need the garage to get her ready to cruise around town.

That's awesome! I like your dad, nice guy and had a long chat with him, hope he is doing great! I'll be doing a lot more driving this year, so maybe we see us in town!

Sidenote, i changed the title, as i am pretty clear on direction now, I'm keeping it Patina and just work on making it technical reliable, and enjoy driving it.

The plan is to raise the ceiling to a little over 11Ft, put in 2 9x8 insulated garage doors, rewire everything, insulate everything and get a split unit. The trusses i ordered last month have like a attic, but i don't know yet what i will do with that, maybe an office or so. This is where I am now
