(2000 w/265k) i had bearings replaced about 4 months ago and obviously they also replaced the seals at my local T dealer. I started smelling
that smell of burning gear oil about 1 week after the service. Well, i though it was just left over from the job on the outside and would burn off. It...
I pulled in the driveway yesterday put it in park and try to turn the key to off and it got stuck in the “ACC” position. I had no idea what to do so I pulled the negative terminal off the battery so it wouldn’t drain it. I then could miraculously turn the key to off and pull it out. I tried my...
Starting to get the starter contact issue where it won’t do a thing and takes several key turns to initiate a start. What am I looking at price wise for a Toyota mechanic to replace that. Is it too much of a job for me considering I’m intermediate level
my wheel shakes pretty bad at these speeds and only these speeds. once i get to 70 its as smooth as when im going 5mph. Would this be a tire balancing/allignment issue or steering rack?

Since I have owned my 100 my temp guage would get to its normal reading and stay there regardless of outside temp or load. over the last few days my temp guage will fluctuate between normal and half way between normal and overheating.
- water pump is OEM and just a year old
- no leaks(coolant...
Sounds logical but the tires move freely without sound or friction up until I torque the lugs I am going to try prying back the shield and I will include progress pics if that could possibly help someone with the same issue down the road
Two weeks ago I decided to change both rear rotors and pads. After inspecting the calipers I realized both have been seized for quite some time and decided to replace those as well during this project. The rotors I took off looked to be perhaps the Oem originals on my '00 LC and were quite...
