Did you check if the floor mats are blocking the accelerator pedal from going all the way down. After moving the floor mats I noticed improved acceleration.

that will buff right out.

When mine did this when I had done some work I ended up with a kink in the fuel line going from the canister under the hood where it goes over the heads. Fixed the kink no more problems.
