I think the control box is fine, it looks to have four Ford style starter relays, connected with bars. I just can't figure out why the PO tore it all apart.

I run a tired old cruiser radiator that has small leak. My rig never goes over 200, not on the highway, and not off-road. I have the stock chevy fan sitting straight the dead center of the radiator with small home maid shroud.
