I also started collecting old Nash door handles and window cranks when they popped up on eBay since they look very similar and fit on the door mechanisms. Always good to have a plan B!

Those guys probably have all their own fab and machinist capabilities. I’ve emailed them before asking if they could “help a brother out” but got crickets. I did end up casting some a couple years back that I can hopefully make work. They’re heavy as hell though!

yeah pretty much what I've decided, I was mostly stressing out of getting it out of that guy's shop for a while but now that its on my property I can kind of exhale. Eventually I'll find the right person to finish up the body, in the meantime there are more important things to focus on.
