HELP: '94 HJ75 rear springs stance width?

Thanks for replies, guys! The problem is my friend's HJ75 has pretty worn-out inner rear axle shafts and btw axle is semi-floater (!), for example, new longer rear axle shaft for HJ75 costs about $300 here and whole used rear HJ60 rear axle assembly is $500. And full-floater axle from HJ60 swap...

Hi guys! Maybe someone know (or, please, could measure) the distance between rear leaf springs' center bolts (those keeping leafs together) i.e. springs stance width of '94 HJ75? Or at least (it's aesier to measure with no getting under rig) the distance between outer side edges of rear spring...

A little competition coming for the FJ...

It was long ago, that Hilux was from '80s, leaf springs, axles and simple diesel. Nowaday hiluxes are same thing mitsu, mazda etc making - ifs, rack steering, efi/common rail/computer managed diesels. Face it, FJC is good marketing positioned SUV, not tough offroader as 40 was - Ultimate...

    my new aussie 45 troopy

My congratulations! Very nice expedition rig! Even has stock snorkel, but with safari air ram. green73: i saw a lot of competition guys who wrap cable around bumpers/guards - when you winch a lot during race this is for faster storing of cable - to not waste time to wind from and back on winch...

You lucky FJ owners! Wanna know how much it costs in Moscow?

any guessings? then i'll tell you - $60-66000 for brand new one. few guys sell 'em with 200km on odometer (maybe they drove it from dealership to seaport themselves) - $57000. I've seen a couple of FJs here - one blue and one silver. Nice, but from front/front 3/4 view only.

    Project 472 is coming

But someone in USA and Canada has 70-series with B-type diesels or even 1HZ - i've seen 'em on photos here and on Pirate4x4 - they are true "sons of 40s" - with 9" axles and leafs. LJ/RJ70s are kinda light-duty compared to BJ70s, but their coil suspension is tough and their 8" axles aren't the...
