As someone who went through the same journey as you OP, I went the 60 series route. Some things I learned:
1. Do not compare a 60 series to a modern vehicle. You will likely be disappointed.
2. Test drive one. Test drive will likely make a lot of the decisions for you. They are very different...
@jesus888 I wouldn't underestimate what it takes to drill holes in your frame if that is needed. It's not an easy undertaking.
