Below this connection exits another wire connected to the positive battery lead. Obviously, whatever this is has been burnt to a crisp.

It has been crazy hot lately. I'm wondering if I should bump up my viscosity next oil change. Currently running 10w-30.
It's a bit difficult to hear it clearly in the video and it almost sounds like some random body rattling but it definitely isn't that... Only happens at high RPMs and you can feel it from the steering wheel.
Has anyone dealt with this before?

Maybe use the washer as a sacrificial surface to guide in an angle grinder with a cut-off wheel at the base of the nut.
