I read on here that there were spacer plans kicking around for the GX470 Air Springs, but I cannot find them. Can anyone point me to where they might be? I'm also interested in a possible source for pre-made ones. Thanks.

Sorry to resurrect an old thread bust just doing my passenger side front on my 2005 GX and two of the three bolts for the mirror are way below the inside door panel. I'm guessing this is because I have different mirrors in the Mark Levinson model. Do we really need to take the mirror off...

I bought the BPS GL8 LED H11's. Not HID but seemed like they are plenty bright and I like that they are not blue so we'll see how they do. $79 for 12k lumens.

My 285/75R17 tires are on. The 255/75R17 indeed fits just fine in the spare location on a 2005 GX470 with KDSS and hitch. They angled it up towards the front and then used a floor jack to press the tire up against the trailer hitch. No rubbing on the sway bar.

Yes it will. There is a guy on the a GXOR Facebook page who put up pictures. He had to push it up to one side and has about 1" away from the sway bar. To get it to drop again, he stick the tire iron through his hitch hole to pry the tire a bit. No big deal and what are the chances you'll even...

FYI guys I now have definitive prof the a 255/75R17 WILL FIT into the spare location with KDSS and also a trailer hitch. Without KDSS you can fit it easily and even as much as a 285. I have pictures to prove it now. I have the integrated hitch mount so will be fine.

I'm 48 and lived there my whole life until 2010. Grew up in the city and spent 20 years living out by Anola. I hunt, fish, camp so know every nook and cranny from Sioux Lookout, Ontario to Saskatoon. ;) I also ran a variety of trucks and ATV's and was a member of some 4wheeler clubs.
