Great coverage BMT. Mine was very similar. My 'new' one is already experiencing the same sticky spots. Will have to go in there and clean and relube everything to prevent future problems.
I had taken pics and documented my issues with this, but things burned down last fall, so starting fresh...
I had the exact same thing happen last year. The shifter was progressively getting stiffer when manually shifting down. The pin housing on mine was quite broken, so I ended up sourcing a used shifter unit that was in as new shape. I kept the old unit 'just in case' I need something out of it...
Yup, back in 'civilization'.....
I liked dodging trees and rocks more than dodging fat people in the parking lot at walmart....
It was a great trip and definitely an area worthy of spending more time getting to know.:steer:
Lmao! Nope. Had some issues with the spot server. All fixed now.
The only thing ill be stuck in for the next little bit will be a beer or more and supper at the Noble Pig Brewhouse.
Dirk, I just got off the phone with SPOT. They're having issues with their servers.
You should be getting 2 messages sometime this aft...
Now I'm wondering just how well this service will be working if we actually need it...
Can do, just got batteries for that thirsty little sucker yesterday.
Truck is 90% packed, and eager to hit the road. I have today and tomorrow off work to tie up all the little loose ends and relax
Good to hear Glenn.
I'm pretty much set to go now, just have some busy days at work to prep for my time off.
Dirk, how's the fire situation up there looking like?
