    Nope, pretty common place to snap. Do you have an automatic, or manual transmission? Orion or similar with 4:1 low? A/T, 4:1, big tires, and lots of HP and torque, require careful use of the skinny pedal when you have stock 40 axles.

    Pick the springs you want and throw some lowering blocks under the spring perches with longer u-bolts to get the ride height you want. That's the way they do it in the 'hood!;)

    I like the way your rig sits, but this ultimately comes down to personal preference, economics and the how you plan to wheel the rig. I assume you don't plan on doing much in the way of serious rock crawling, you would like to have the rig steer...

    I guess I'll be the first to say it - you'll probably hear it many times: 33x10.5x15 on stock steel wheels on a 2.5-4" lift is a favorite size here for a reason - they look and drive good (even without power steering), and give decent trail...
